The Provincial Court of Girona, by judgment number 686/2023, dated October 4, 2023, confirmed a judgment of the Family Court of Girona, which agreed to the reduction of the alimony of our client's daughter, currently of legal age. 

In the judgment issued by the Family Court of Girona, the variation in the circumstances of the client of the firm, Mr. A.T., was recognized, so the alimony initially set at €200 was reduced by half, given the decrease in his income and the assumption of new family expenses.
